Quality

Our policy has always been to provide the highest product and service quality, consistent with use within the food industry. We operate to the British, European, and International standards for Quality Systems, viz. BS/EN/ISO9000. Our original certification by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. Was gained in November 1998, and was upgraded to the ISO9000/2000 in December 2004. This new standard includes a commitment to continuous improvement, particularly in customer service.
